Maria Goulet has over 25 years of experience in Product and Field Marketing across several industries including telecom, IT hardware, services and financing.

In addition to managing analyst interactions for clients, Maria has developed a closed-loop process for Gartner Peer Insights and manages programs for multiple clients. She is responsible for developing and executing internal and external review campaigns and implementing review requests into key customer touch points. 

From 2012 until 2020, Maria was head of commercial marketing for Dell Financial Services, a global provider of payment solutions, including as-a-service payment models.  She regularly facilitated analyst briefings on DFS products and solutions. She also interfaced with analysts to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape. 

Maria understands the importance of a well-executed analyst relations strategy, and sees this as a critical element of the overall marketing and communications functions.
